Tickets are still available for the Bastrop/Morehouse Chamber of Commerce breakfast to be held at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 12 at the Morehouse Country Club. Senator David Vitter will be the guest speaker at the breakfast which is part of the on-going series of meetings sponsored by the chamber. Tickets for the event will be $7 per person and are available by calling the chamber office at 281.3794.

Chamber President Jerry Pye said the breakfast is an opportunity for residents to meet and talk with the Senator.

“This is a great time to come out and get to know Senator Vitter as he updates us on various happenings in the Senate and around the state,” said Pye.
