If your name was listed in the failure to pay fine list, posted in the Enterprise last month, and those fines are still outstanding, time is running out to take care of it before going to jail.
Bastrop City Court Judge Phillip Lester said those persons not paying their fines will be arrested shortly and they will have to post bond as well as pay the tickets.
