The Bank of Oak Ridge was recently commended as a five star bank by BauerFinancial Inc., the nation's bank rating firm.

The bank's most recent five start rating is based on financial data as of March 31, 2014. According to a BauerFinancial press release, the data showed that the Bank of Oak Ridge is one of the strongest banks in the nation and because the bank has maintained that ranking for 25 years it is placed is the category of “Best of Bauer Bank.” This distinction has only been earned by 3 percent of banks in the United States. The press release also acknowledged the Bank of Oak Ridge for having once again proved that is is a steadfast and invaluable partner to the communities it serves.
