A Crime Stopper's tip lead to a several drug arrests late Thursday afternoon.

Agents with the Northeast La. Drug Enforcement Bureau along with Investigators with the Morehouse Parish Sheriff's Office and Agents with Probation and Parole went to a residence on South Washington Thursday afternoon and attempted to speak with a group of individuals in the front yard. As they approached, the individuals began to scatter. Agents spoke with the homeowner, who signed a consent to search form, regarding the drug activity tip.

Once inside, over a pound of marijuana with a street value of $2,000 was located along with numerous pills with a total street value of over $400, drug paraphernalia, three pistols and two rifles. A vehicle was also searched and more marijuana and a fourth pistol were located.
