    A 36-year-old Missouri man was charged with exposing a partner to HIV, and officials believe he may have exposed more than 300 people total to the virus. David Mangum admitted to police that he frequently had unprotected one-night stands with people since he was diagnosed with HIV in 2003. Mangum could get 15 years in prison for knowingly exposing people to HIV.

    “The use of chemical weapons in Syria is not only a tragedy but also a violation of international law that must be addressed." - President Barack Obama, talking today at the G-20 summit in Russia. Obama was trying to win support for a military strike on Syria while at the economic summit.
