Within the past 24 hours, several ATVs have been stolen throughout the parish and the Sheriff's office is searching for information regarding the person or persons behind the thefts.
"Five ATVs have been taken from residences on Shelton Road, Naff Street, Pleasant Drive and Oklahoma," Sheriff Mike Tubbs said. "While we were able to recover three of these, we are still looking for a 2005 red Honda Rubikon and a 2013 Honda Ranger."
Investigators are also looking for a Yamaha KLX140 dirt bike, which was taken from Lyndanne Road. The bike is lime green in color and has a skull sticker on the back fender and a Bone Collector sticker on the front of the bike, near the gas cap. The bike is worth approximately $3,000.
A residential burglary on Pinehurst Street is also being investigated. Taken from the home were three TVs, a chainsaw and a pistol.
