Patricia Kuethe will play Reverend Mother Mary Regina in Nunset Boulavard at the Rose.

Kuethe is married to Kermit and has four children, Jenny, Ellie, Maggie and Hubert. She is also the grandmother of five grandchildren, Sam, Amelia, Ava, Carter and Max Patrick. “Her role as Reverend Mother is perfect!” Theater Director Hal Robinson said.

Reverend Mother, Sister Mary Regina is an Irish nun, rather hefty - a Sophie Tucker type. She was born into a circus family of tightrope walkers and was a tightrope walker herself. Her parents were known as Two Tons on the Tightrope. She entered the convent honoring a promise she made to the Lord when he saved her parents from drowning.

Nunset Boulevard will be performed at 7 p.m. June 21, 22, 28 and 29 and 2 p.m. June 23 and 30. To make reservations, call the Rose box office located at the Visitor Center at 281.0911 or go by and make reservations in person. Adult tickets are $20 and student tickets are $10.
