Deputy Scott Hinojosa, talking about a 5-year-old survivor of the Moore, Okla., tornado who was killed by a 150-pound bullmastiff. The boy was staying at the house because his had been destroyed in the tornado.
    News to know
    An internal memo from the Office of the Inspector General says that State Department and Diplomatic Security officials may have been involved in cover-ups into misconduct by its workers, according to CNN. The alleged misconduct took place while former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was in charge.
