Cesli Grimes follows a strict weight training routine, but will occasionally add a training session to shock her body. One such training session is the aptly-named glute homicide (you probably don't want to try this):
Time: 45-60 minutes.
Minimal rest between sets!
* Superset: Deadlift, four sets of 15-20 reps.
* Pile dumbbell squats: four sets of 15-20 reps.
* Superset: Overhead squats, four sets of 15-25 reps.
* Box jumps: Four sets of 15-20 reps.
* Wide stance squat: four sets of 15-20 reps.
* Smith machine lunge: Four sets of 15-20 reps per leg.
* Smith machine vertical press: Four sets of 15-20 reps.
* Smith machine reverse donkey kicks: Four sets of 15-20 reps per leg.
* Glute bridge: Four sets of 15-20 reps.
* 30 minutes of Hiit training (high intensity interval training).
