Mr. Jester died Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at the Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock. Jimmy was born June 26, 1936 in Dierks, Ark., the son of Alvin and Rilla Martin Jester. He was retired from International Paper Company and a member of New Mt. Hebron Baptist Church and attended Victory Church in Camden. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Jane Susan and sister Lois Marie Martinez.
Survivors include his wife, LaDon Jester of Camden; sons, James Calvin Fassler of St. Louis, Ill., Dane Jester and David Jester both of Bastrop; daughter, Donna Jester Bordelon of Bastrop; Stepson, Michael Dorn and wife, Leslie of White Hall, Ark.; stepdaughters, Inga Thomas and husband, Brett of Camden, Holley Dorn of Pine Bluff, Ark. and Pam Jones and husband, James of Bastrop; brothers, Jerry Jester of Amity, Ark., Thomas Jester of Denham Springs and James Jester and Billy Edwin "Eddie" Jester both of Dierks, Ark.; sisters, Billie Baker of San Diego, Calif., Christine Triteny of Katy, Texas and Shirley Mayo of Amity, Ark.; and 10 beautiful grandchildren, Bonner and Evan Bordelon, Adam Jester, Tyler Jones, Hannah and Judah Thomas, Paul and Ariel Dorn, Katie Fassler Collman and Lauren Fassler, along with numerous great-grandchildren.
