With the score tied 1-1, Johnny's exploded for four in the bottom of the third. Brown's RBI single put the Pizza Men ahead to stay and Ryan Chain followed with an RBI double. Later in the inning, Shamar Bradshaw, who reached on an error, stole home to put Johnny's up 5-1.
John Ethan Hayes' two-run single drew Blondin within 5-3 in the fifth, but Johnny's got both runs back in the home half of the frame.
Dveil Freeman drew a one-out walk and Brown and Chain delivered consecutive RBI singles, upping Johnny's lead to 7-3.
Cade Gullette's RBI single in the sixth wrapped up the scoring.
Chain went the distance for the win, striking out seven and walking three.
Helping his own cause at the plate, Chain doubled and singled to pace the Pizza Men (5-1) offensively. Brown provided two singles and an RBI groundout and Jaden Davis and Gavin Lingefelt singled.
Davis threw out two would-be base stealers to lead Johnny's defensively.
