Love is the highest attribute of God. Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and do testify that the father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son Of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
(I John 4:7-16)
Wisdom is from God. And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding. (Job 28:28) Knowledge is from God. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge but fools despise wisdom and knowledge. (Proverbs 1:7) And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God. (Ephesians 3:19)
His love is as: An ocean that has no shore. A mountain that has no summit.A country that has no boundary, A road that has no end, A river that has no banks, A depth that has no bottom, or A universe that has no circumference.
And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed from our sins in his own blood. (Revelation 1:5)
What we need at NLCEC and our churches is more love.
