Sex Offender back behind bars
- A local sex offender is back in jail after refusing to register or check in with probation officers.
Donald McHenry was charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and convicted in 2007. -

. He received a 25 year sentence at hard labor, with all but the first five years suspended.
McHenry was released from jail on Sept. 23, 2012 onto probation. Since that time, he has not checked in with his probation officer or registered as a sex offender.
Morehouse Assistant District Attorney Devin Jones brought the matter to 4th District Judge Carl Sharp who revoked McHenry's probation and sent him back to jail to serve the rest of his 20 year sentence.
