Funeral services for Selena Faye Tugwell Chatman will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Progressive Baptist Church, 607 N. 11th St., Monroe with the Rev. Henry D. Reddix officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2013 at Smith Funeral Home in Monroe.
