  • Funeral services for Mr. Malcolm Larry Smith, age 56, are scheduled for 2 PM Friday, February 15, 2013 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. David Sistrunk officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Bastrop, LA. Visitation will be from 10 AM until 2 PM Friday prior to service time.

  • Mr. Smith, died Friday, February 8, 2013. He was a native of Bastrop, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home. Funeral services are to be held at a later date in Bastrop, LA under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. He is survived by his spouse: Pamela Hebert Smith, mother: Minnie Smith Williamson and husband Nolan, sons: Adam Smith, Ethan Smith, brother: Stanley Smith, Mitch Smith, sisters: Becky Smith, Jeanie Kay Smith, step-sisters: Shelia Allan, Sharon Bradley, Lori Allen, grandchildren: Justin Smith, Adyson Smith, and Karter Falgout Smith. He was preceded in death by his father: Philhiol Smith and daughter: KrisTina Smith.
