Wossman remained undefeated in District 2-4A by surviving Bastrop's fourth quarter comeback Tuesday night at Sam's Place for a 76-72 victory.
Wossman held a 60-46 advantage after three frames. Bastrop twice cut the deficit to two, 65-63 and 67-65, but could never overtake the Wildcats (12-12, 6-0).
Breaking a 15-all first quarter tie, the Wildcats forged a 38-27 halftime lead.
Connecting on 5-of-10 3-point attempts, Jay Wilson threw in 30 points for the Rams (10-18, 2-4). LeMicah Harris was next with 17 and Quan Washington had 11. Also contributing were Demarkiyo Devoil with five points and 11 rebounds, Lester Lee with four points, eight rebounds and eight assists, Isaiah Graham with three points and Travion Burks with two.
Bastrop plays at Franklin Parish on Friday night, before return home to face Farmerville on Tuesday for Senior Night.
