  •   Public school boards have been reticent to explore adopting charter schools in their districts. Not because they necessarily did not want them, but because most are “clueless” how they function.   That was one of the messages that Kimberly Williams, an education policy advisor who has dealt with charter schools in Louisiana for more than six years, told the Morehouse Parish School Board during an informational meeting held Tuesday night.     Read the full story in Friday's print edition of the Enterprise.
