Bastrop Mayor Betty Alford-Olive hosted a luncheon at the Visitor Center Tuesday to formally welcome the new school board superintendent Dr. George Noflin, while also reacquainting public officials with her Goals from the Economic Development Strategic Plan for Bastrop and Morehouse Parish.
