New restaurant offers seafood and all the fixins'

Business has been good since Bastrop's newest restaurant opened at the end of April, according to Timmy Lowery and Brooke Layton, owners of The Boiling Pot & Grill.

Lowery, who ran another local restaurant “for a long time” before deciding to open his own, said the buffet offerings change according to the day.
