On Tuesday, the Louisiana Department of Health and Human Hospitals announced that it will host a free symposium on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in Louisiana on Tuesday, Dec. 9 in Baton Rouge from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
According to the DHH, the symposium seeks to draw attention to the high rate of ADHD medication use within the state.
